The Windrush Commissioner is hosting a Listening and Engagement Event on Saturday January 31^st at the Legacy Centre in Birmingham 9:30am- 14:00pm

The event is a valuable opportunity to learn more about the Windrush scheme, ask questions, and raise any concerns directly with key representatives. There will also be an opportunity to meet the Uk’s First Windrush Commissioner and have direct discussions. Different from other listening events held in the past this event will include a Home Office surgery session, offering attendees the chance to engage in direct dialogue and Home Office representatives, all in one place. This event is in collaboration with the Windrush National Organisation and the Windrush Movement UK.

In attendance will be:

• Reverend Clive Foster MBE, Windrush Commissioner
• Members of the Home Office, including the Windrush Engagement Team and Windrush Unit
• Parliamentary Ombudsman Service.
• Adjudicator’s Office.
• Bishop Dr. Desmond Jaddoo MBE, Chair of the Windrush National Organisation
